Data I collect

This site has no forms. I receive data when you choose to message me on WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn:

Your name and contact details (phone, email).

Your business name and the information you share about your project.

Browsing data on this site (pages visited, device, approximate location), through cookies and analytics tools.

I do not request sensitive personal data or financial data through this site.

What I use it for

Purposes needed to serve you:

Replying to your messages and preparing a quote.

Delivering the services you hire and following up on them.

Issuing invoices and meeting tax obligations.

Additional purposes, not needed for the service:

Sending you information about services or news.

Measuring site usage and the performance of my ads to improve them.

If you don't want your data used for the additional purposes, write to alexazarcoya97@gmail.com. Saying no does not affect the service.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or hand over your data. I only share it when an authority requires it by law.

To communicate and measure the site I use third-party platforms (such as WhatsApp, Google and Meta), which handle information under their own privacy policies.

If the work requires access to your accounts (social media, ads, CRM or website), I use it only to deliver the service. The accounts remain yours and you can remove access at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies and similar technologies, such as Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, to understand how it is used and to measure ads. They do not identify you by name.

You can disable or delete them in your browser settings; the site will keep working.

Your rights

You can access your data, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to its use (ARCO rights), and you can withdraw your consent.

To do so, write to alexazarcoya97@gmail.com with your name, a way to reply to you, an ID and a description of your request. I will reply within 20 business days at most.

If you believe your rights were not respected, you can turn to the competent personal data protection authority in Mexico.
